Corporate Secretary's Certificate authorizing the applicant to lease and sign the Contract of Lease on behalf of the corporation
Latest Mayor's Permit
Latest Annual Income Tax Return
Valid, government-issued ID

Applicant's latest Annual Income Tax Return
Applicant's credit card bills for the last three months
Applicant's utility bills for the last three months (Any of the following: Meralco, water, phone, or internet)

Credit card and utility bills must show Applicant's name and billing address.
We will contact you through phone or email to schedule the site visit, inspection, and meeting. We will email you a copy of the Lease Contract before the scheduled meeting.
After the meeting, we will evaluate your application and submitted documents. If you pass the screening, we will send you the Lease Term Sheet.
