Step 2

Once your registration is submitted, please prepare the original and photocopy of the following documents which will be presented on our scheduled meeting.

Existing Business

SEC Certificate of Registration for Corporation
DTI Certificate of Registration for Single Proprietorship
Corporate Secretary's Certificate authorizing the applicant to lease and sign the Contract of Lease on behalf of the corporation
Latest Mayor's Permit
Latest Annual Income Tax Return
Valid, government-issued ID
1 passport size photo

New Business

Applicant's latest Annual Income Tax Return
Applicant's credit card bills for the last three months
Applicant's utility bills for the last three months (Any of the following: Meralco, water, phone, or internet)
Valid, government-issued ID
1 passport size photo

Credit card and utility bills must show Applicant's name and billing address.

Step 3

We will contact you through phone or email to schedule the site visit, inspection, and meeting. We will email you a copy of the Lease Contract before the scheduled meeting.

Step 4

After the meeting, we will evaluate your application and submitted documents. If you pass the screening, we will send you the Lease Term Sheet.
